Bilingual English Slovak Grammar School
The British International School, Bratislava - The
British International School, Bratislava was established in
September 1997 by Nord Anglia Education. The school opened
with just 42 pupils and today we teach over 570,
representing more than 35 different nationalities. Our
school, positioned in Bratislava’s attractive suburb of
Dubravka, occupies two school buildings located on two
separate but closely linked sites, and caters for students
aged 2 ½ to 18 years. Our curriculum is based upon the
English National Curriculum with certain modifications to
reflect our Central European location and internationally
diverse pupil body. In the secondary school we offer the
IGCSE of the Cambridge University and being the IB World
School, we offer the world recognized IB Diploma Programme
for students at the age of 16 – 19. |
