Hi. In the classroom today you will learn about attributive adjectives, an important part of English grammar.

An attributive adjective is a word used to modify, or describe, a noun or a pronoun.

An attributive adjective is also a word that comes before a noun and not after a copula verb.

The following sentences contain examples of attributive adjectives.

Angelina Jolie is a BEAUTIFUL woman.

Brad Pitt is a HANDSOME man.

That is a LARGE tree.

This is a DELICIOUS piece of sushi.

Attributive adjectives can be used to describe many things in English.

Until next time.
