Hi. In the classroom today you will learn about past participle adjectives.

A past participle adjective is a word formed from a verb using the perfect aspect and the passive voice.

A past participle adjective is also a word that does not take an object.

The following are examples of past participle adjectives.

The verb BORE becomes BORED to make the past participle adjective.

The BORED student.

The verb CONFUSE becomes CONFUSED to make the past participle adjective.

The CONFUSED class, meaning all the students.

Past participle adjectives are an important part of English grammar.
