Definition of voice

Voice:
shows the relationship between the action, event or condition, and the subject or the people affected by it
Voice includes the following:
active voice
the person or thing that performed the action is the subject of the verb
A does B = I wrote this page.
passive voice
the subject and the direct object switch places
to form the passive voice use "to be" with the past participle
the direct object ("this page") becomes the subject in the passive sentence
B is done by A = This page was written by me.

Examples of voice
